The training will cover a broad spectrum of topics such as conflict sensitive journalism, gender sensitive reporting, guidelines for peace journalism, media law and safety of journalism reporting on peace and conflict among others. <br /><br />This training is part of UNESCO’s capacity building initiatives in the region and falls within the framework of UNESCO’s intersectoral and interdisciplinary programme of action on the culture of peace and non-violence. <br />
