The Third session of the Subsidiary Committee of the Meeting of States Parties to the 1970 Convention will take place at UNESCO Headquarters (Room XI) from 28-30 September 2015.
This session will be organized on the basis of the fonctions assigned to the Subsidiary Committee by the Meeting of States Parties (art.14.6 of the Rules of Procedure of the Meeting of States Parties).
In 2015, one of the main tasks of the Subsidiary Committee will be the examination of the national reports presented by the States. Some other tasks could be assigned to the Subsidiary Committee during the Third Session of the Meeting of States Parties which will be organized in May 2015.
