Somali Youth Peace Forum

The Somali Youth Peace Dialogues Forum is an initiative designed to be a valued source of independent thinking, informed debates and insightful ideas on peace and security in Somalia, as seen and articulated through the eyes and voices of Somali youth. The first forum will take place in Mogadishu, from 11 to 12 August 2016. It will provide Somali youth a platform for dialogue, through plenary debates, panel discussions, and working group sessions, etc., on the challenges of peacebuilding in their country, exploring in-depth, ways by which their voices are meaningfully reflected and incorporated in the larger search for peace in Somalia.
