The UNESCO Regional Office for West Africa (Sahel) in Dakar will organize on 9 July, 2019 the regional launch ceremony of the project "Empowering Young People in Africa through Media and Communication", supported by the Italian Development Cooperation Agency (AICS).
This activity is organized with a view to presenting the project to the press, African embassies, UN Agencies and EU delegation in Dakar, CSOs. The ceremony will host as speakers the Ministry of Culture and Communication of the Republic of Senegal; the Ambassador of Italy in Dakar; representative of the ECOWAS Commission; the Head of IOM Office in Senegal.
