The establishment of Sustainable Development Goal 6 - Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all, reflects the increased attention on water and sanitation issues in the global agenda.
In this session, organized in the framework of the High Level Political Forum, the recently launched SDG6 2018 Synthesis Report will be presented by WWAP Coordinator, Stefan Uhlenbrook. A panel discussion among a group of experts will follow, to discuss the the main entry points to eliminating inequalities in the access to water and sanitation services and the most viable innovative funding models that can best advance SDG 6 implementation.
