The UNESCO Tashkent Office in cooperation with the Academy of the State Prosecutor of the Republic of Uzbekistan is organizing a national seminar on integrity, ethics and anti-corruption measures in higher education.

It aims at raising awareness on the challenges of improving integrity and accountability in education. The participants will share their experiences and methodologies of successful anti-corruption measures and discuss initiation of the corruption risk analysis in the universities of Fergana valley.

Ms Muriel Poisson, Programme Specialist at UNESCO-IIEP (International Institute for Educational Planning), is invited to host the workshop.

The workshop will bring together civil servants, representatives from higher education, universities, international organization such as the JICA, OSCE, UNODC, UNESCO and youth activists.
This event is organized within the implementation of the UN joint project on Youth for Social Harmony in Fergana Valley, funded by the UN Peacebuilding Fund (PBF).
