National consultations for Curacao and St Maarten have already been held within the framework of this project.

Consultations will bring together stakeholders for a national dialogue on the definition of and safeguarding of ICH. Stakeholders involved include: policy makers, practitioners, NGOs involved in documentation, as well as migrant communities. The framework for implementing the Convention at the national level will also be discussed as well as developing an inventory of ICH.
