The 5 days training focuses on enhancing skills for leadership and management of Mongolian youth leaders, and which will enhance their abilities to better advocate for youth needs and participation in policy. <br /><br />The participants of the training include 30 youth leaders aged 18-25 from organizations which are members of UN Youth Advisory Panel (UNYAP) and Mongolia Youth Federation.
