CreativItaly 2017: Italy's candidatures to the UNESCO Creative Cities Network
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 3 November – UNESCO HQ, Hall Ségur
The Permanent Delegation of Italy will present the Italian cities of Milan, (literature), Alba (gastronomy), Pesaro (music) and Carrara (crafts), as the new entries to UNESCO Creative Cities Network. 64 cities in 44 countries have been designated UNESCO Creative Cities. They will join a Network designed by UNESCO to put innovation and creativity at the heart of new urban strategies for more sustainable and inclusive development. A tasting of fine Italian specialties will follow the presentation.
