The workshop aims at enhancing capacity and awareness of teacher training colleges about the importance of MIL and the available tools; building capacity of TTCs in conducting MIL assessment; exploring methodologies for conducting the assessment and contextualization of the available tools based on the local context; and developing a roll out plan for Rwanda. The workshop will target principals and deans of studies from all Teacher Training Colleges (TTCs) in Rwanda.
This activity has been organized under the ongoing UNESCO project themed “ICT Transforming Education in Africa” within the framework of the UNESCO-Korean Funds-in-Trust (KFIT) contribution by the Republic of Korea. The project (2016-2018) intends to support the integration of ICT-based innovative approaches for education in Mozambique, Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
