The 13th GRASP Executive Committee meeting, co-organized by UNEP and UNESCO, with support of the French government, will take place at UNESCO HQ, in room XVI (Miollis building), on 2 and 3 May 2019.
Coordinated by UNESCO and the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), the Great Apes Survival Partnership (GRASP), is a unique alliance of over 100 national governments, conservation organizations, research institutions, United Nations (UN) agencies, and private companies. Through GRASP, UNESCO's Man and the Biosphere Programme (MAB) works to ensure the long-term survival of chimpanzees, bonobos, gorillas and orangutans, and their habitats in Africa and Asia.
