a) Keep creating bilateral cultural exchange between the US and Mexico, respecting all the principles and respect that the 2005 Convention promotes.
b) Advising artists in traveling grants, projects design, embassy application process.
c) Manage infrastructure (arts residencies) and major cultural events (cultural seasons, festivals) promoting the diversity of cultural expressions and hosting a large number of foreign artists, notably from developing countries
d) Advocate for the granting of a special status for cultural goods and services in trade and/or investment agreements.

What are the results achieved so far through the implementation of the measure/initiative?:
Asset the base to represent Mexican artist in the US, helping them to take the best benefit of this process, breaking the language gap between the ones that can not talk English, promoting better cultural and artistic practices, helping to balance the difficulty of being contracted in a foreign country, promoting the Convention and the cultural goods as well.
