To recognize,mise an valeur and disseminate from a right-based approach a ll the knowledge, practices, products and traditional foods of Argentina,recovering and respecting the identity and cultural diversity in the framework of food safety with sovereignty.This measure was adopted in 2012.

Achieve an effective cross-cutting work between the Federal Ministry of Culture,the Ministry of Social Development and all international, national and provincial agencies participating in the events.
