In addition to the culture-specific i-Portunus programme described separately, the following EU initiatives and programmes also support mobility among EU and non-EU countries, including for students and professionals in the cultural and creative sectors:
- Erasmus+ programme (incorporating Erasmus Mundus)
- Erasmus for young entrepreneurs (COSME programme of the EU for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises)
- STARTS Residency programme
- STARTS Initiative (Science, Technology & the Arts initiative of the European Commission, under the Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme of the EU).
