Each year 22 grants are called for the participation of Ibero-American professionals from different cultural sectors in activities organized ad hoc by different departments of the Ministry of Culture. They are considered non-regulated training practices.
Professionals from 24 countries can participate.

Libraries and digitization, archives, intangible heritage, museums and film script analysis are taught. The courses are designed as needs are seen to change, and participants generally find their participation beneficial.
