Describe the main features of the policy/measure: 

According to The Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 2nd April 1997 Poland assures equal rights for women
and men in all spheres of life.
In particular, Article 33 of the Constitution states that "men and women shall have equal rights (...) regarding education, employment and promotion, and shall have the right to equal compensation for work of similar value, to social security,to hold office, and to receive public honours and decorations". The basis for gender equality in culture states Article 6 paragraph of the Constitution: "The Republic of Poland shall provide conditions for the people's equal access to the products of culture which are the source of the Nation's identity, continuity and development"
