It involves the participation of Cuban artists and writers in artistic presentations abroad, as well as the participation of their counterparts from abroad in artistic presentations in Cuba. Also included is the possibility of having these counterparts study different modalities at Cuba’s arts schools.

Enhance the knowledge of Cuban art and culture abroad, as well as the art and culture of the world in Cuba. Collaborate in the artistic training of youth from other countries, particularly those from developing countries.

Main conclusions of the evaluation of the measure:

The participation of Cuban artists and writers in artistic presentations abroad and that of their counterparts in Cuba has grown. There has also been an increase in the studies offered by Cuba in the different modalities available in its arts schools through self-financed comprehensive training courses, as well as courses in different specialties of artistic expression.
