To create platforms for social inclusiveness for women, less privileged and minority groups;

To enhance creativity and market for creative products both locally and internationally

Empower young people through apprenticeship in arts and crafts;

Encourage awareness campaign for sensitizing Nigerians on the importance of preserving cultural heritage assets;

Encourage inter-agency collaboration for marketing arts and cultural products,locally an internationally

Results expected through the implementation of the measure:

Economic empowerment of the less priviledged,women and youths;

Preservation of Nigeria Cultural Heritage

International awareness and market for indigenous creative products

Promote Cultural Industries in Nigeria

Gender equality and social inclusion

Financial resources allocated to implement the measure:

National statutory budgetary allocation,funds from Bank of Industry for small and medium scale enterprise
