The cultural mapping process in Luhansk

A successful example is the city of Luhansk, where the development of brand and strategy development of the city and the region attended the young independant cultural workers. Luhansk is a member of the "Cultural mapping" (European Cultural Foundation, Centre for Cultural Management, Development Centre "Democracy through Culture") together with other cities in Ukraine, as Odessa, Lviv, Melitopol, Donetsk, which have audited the cultural spaces and resources of the city. Participation in the project has strengthened the partnership between cultural operator's cities, as well as stimulated the dialogue between the authorities  government and the creative community. In addition, the project has aroused vital discussion of the role of culture in social development.
