It wa s approved in 2014.The specific objectives of this policy a re the following:

-To strengthen employment in cultura l activities,for exa mple,a mong people working in establishments that perform activities in the field of culture.

-To promote employment in cultura l occupations,for exa mple,a mong those people engaged in preserving or reflecting the cultural and spiritual meaning;to create produce a nd disseminate cultural assets,etc.

-To promote household spending on culture.

The project submitted to the Municipality of Villa Atamisqui included six positions:1 director,3 teachers and 1 assistant.The budget was approved.

 

Also,at the end of the cycle, a proposal was made for artisans and plastic artists to work on the presentation the night of cycle closing.The budget was approved for: 1 loom wea ver to create part of the costumes 1 former loom wea ver for costumes,1 wea ver former loom artist for costumes,1 plastic artist for costumes,1 make-up artist and 1 audiovisua l producer,all of them from Villa Atamisqui.

In the 2010 edition,the budget was approved for a team formed by a coordinator,a researching professor specialized in regional linguistics,two luthier masters and two professors offolklore dances and an assistant.

The achievement of this policy relys on having made contributions to the community's artistic and economic human development through the culture sector.
