Who (High Project Ltd)
This measure was reported by civil society.
Describe the main features of the measure/initiative:
Crowdfunding – a new phenomenon for the Belarusian socio-cultural field – has recently become popular. It gives the opportunity to the consumers of cultural products directly finance them. Today, there are two independent crowdfunding platforms – Ulej and Talaka – operating in Belarus. Among other things, they also support cultural initiatives.
