Describe the main features of the policy/measure:
Under the EU’s COSME programme (for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises), DeFINE is a European network of incubators for fashion-tech. It is a collaborative project, which aims to support the fusion of cutting-edge technologies and innovation within the European fashion and design industries.
The aim is to develop a network of incubators & accelerators, start-ups & SMEs, and financiers to form a European fashion-technology community where cross-sectoral knowledge is shared and new business solutions grow.

The project supported 25 start-ups and created a network of design centers, business support organization, incubators, knowledge centers and financiers across Europe.
