Describe the main features of the policy/measure:
This project consists of technical assistance provided by the European Commission in order to fully align the national legislation of Albania with the Union acquis in the field of fight against illicit trafficking of cultural goods.
The purpose of the project is building up technical and professional capacities and enhancing expertise of the Albanian public administration staff responsible for implementation of the procedures for free movement of cultural goods and the fight against illicit trafficking of cultural goods, in accordance with EU Directives and Regulation, and national legislation.
