- Supporting the Cultural Activities
To strength the skills and capacities of civil society organizations, the government has adopted the program of supporting cultural activities, to multiply the artistic and cultural event. Providing financial fund and materials to improve the creation, production, distribution and dissemination of cultural goods and service.

The financial support from the government, enabling some civil societies to organize artistic events such as; festival, exhibitions and artistic competitions.
