Describe the main features of the measure/initiative: 
Portrait Avo is conducted with the aims to transmit the cultural and traditional knowledge to the next generation. The elders, detainer of the cultural and traditional knowledge were involved in a peaceful activity on the promotion of creative auto-expression, cooperation and inclusion. The young person involved in the project were instructed to make interview with the elders, documenting and drawing the elders portraits. In 2017 an exhibition was held to display the portraits and other creativity product develop in the project. The Many Hands International and the involved student have been working on documentation of all information into into film and books as the reference to the next generations.
What are the results achieved so far through the implementation of the measure/initiative?: 
Reported achievements include; 1. since 2012, over fifty (50) kids books, articles and annals in local and official languages related to the culture and the cultural heritages has published; and 2. more than 20 objects produced locally were collected in the exhibition;
