Ms. Aude Gwladys Milebou is responsible for studies at the National Museum of Arts, Rites and Traditions of Gabon. From 2007 to 2016, she was also responsible for studies at the Minister of Culture office and the office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture. She pursued her graduate studies at Omar Bongo University in the sociology department (specialized in sociology of knowledge) and obtained a master's degree in sociology of education in 2004. In 2007, she also obtained a DESS degree in cultural tourism (specialized in ecotourism). Ms. Milebou has carried out several missions and ongoing trainings in the field of culture, including: a training in the management of cultural industries at the Gaston Berger University in Saint Louis, Senegal (Master 1, 2016-2018); a seminar in digital arts and new modes of dissemination of artistic creation (Paris, France, 17-28 November 2014, as part of the 14th edition of the Courants du Monde Programme); a workshop to develop and validate normative instruments for cultural policy in the Gabonese Republic (Libreville, Gabon, 26-28 September 2011); an internship in financing and economics of culture at Paris Dauphine University (France, 15 November-3 December 2010, as part of the 10th edition of the Courants du Monde programme); a training workshop for French-speaking Africa on the UNESCO framework for cultural statistics (Dakar, Senegal, 4-7 May 2010), and a training in financing cultural projects at the Senghor University of Alexandria (Egypt, March-April 2010). Ms. Milebou also participated in the meeting of Ministers of Culture for the validation of the regional strategy for the development of cultural policies and industries in Central Africa which was held in Yaoundé, Cameroon, 26-28 November 2013.
