Ms Dalicia Olivier is a highly conscientious and seasoned community development activist with an excellent community service record and a strong work ethic with over 15 years of experience in the field of marketing, sales, project and event management. Adept in utilizing social media networks to identify new opportunities for fundraising and community outreach efforts, she is able to explain and promote a wide variety of community programmes and activities to audiences of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Ms Olivier is the founder of Clearskills, an information hub for bursaries, internships, traineeships, workshops, accreditation of courses and institutions in Namibia and the SADC. She is also a Bursary, Marketing and Education sub-committee member at the National Arts Council of Namibia, as well as a youth officer.
