The theme for this year is Information as a Public Good in line with three key topics: Steps to ensure the economic viability of news media; Mechanisms for ensuring transparency of Internet companies and Enhanced Media and Information Literacy (MIL) capacities that enable people to recognize and value, as well as defend and demand, journalism as a vital part of information as a public good. In this occasion, Community Radio stations will arrange a special radio show, and magazine program in rural Bangladesh. The representative from media, practitioners, civil society members, administration and delegates from the different level of the society will be participated to the event.
