Irena Fedorenko from the Russian Federation is a student at Oxford University, and was one of the 50 youth leaders selected from around the world to participate in the UNESCO ESD Youth Forum in Okayama City as well as in the UNESCO World Conference on ESD in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan in 2014. They are known as “Okayama Youth”, a member of GAP Partner Network 4 on youth.
