The UNESCO Knowledge Societies Division (CI/KSD) is organizing a comprehensive presentation on YouthMobile, developing Mobile Apps for Sustainable Development and Employment at the 2013 UNESCO Youth Forum.
The workshop will be focus on the presentation of the phenomenon of mobile phone technology, mobile apps, and the impact on youth.

The YouthMobile Workshop will have 2 sessions:

- French: 9:30 - 11:00
- English: 11:30 - 13:00

It will be presented by Dorothy Gordon from the Ghana-India Centre for Excellence in ICT and assisted by 2 young experts in mobile apps, Martha Chumo, a 19 year old developer from Nairobi, Kenya, who is currently developing a Hacker School in her home country; and Patricia Duangcham an animation student who has develop several sustainable mobile applications.

The event will be attended by 30 youth delegates from different countries.
