The objective of the workshop is to present to stakeholders the UNESCO guidelines on the inclusion of learners with disabilities in ODeL, and the process of how it was integrated in the Rwanda Digital Talent Policy (DTP); and identify entry points to mainstream the UNESCO guidelines in the ICT strategies in different Ministries.
