This informal working meeting aims at collecting advice and recommendations from experts on the handbook on the sharing of information in the fight against the manipulation of sports competitions of the Council of Europe - Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne - International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS), developed with the support of UNESCO.

UNESCO, together with the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, the Council of Europe and ICSS, hosts this informal working meeting on the sharing of information. The event falls within the framework of the publication of the Council of Europe - Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne - ICSS - UNESCO related handbook. It is aimed at collecting advice from experts on the progress of the handbook and on the content of the questionnaires which will be sent to sport movement stakeholders.

The objective of the meeting is twofold: it should lead to substantive work of comparing and sharing experience, expertise and perspectives in order to contribute to the handbook and to validate the first directions. It also aims at opening a discussion on the current state of the legislation on the protection of personal data and the sharing of information in the fight against the manipulation of sports competitions.
