TweetChat: education and development

Join @EFAReport and a host of development experts for a tweetchat to discuss the transformative power of education for development.
The tweetchat will look at how education underpins development and will be a great opportunity for interactive discussions around the topic. We invite you to put your questions and views across on the subject using the #educationtransforms hashtag on Twitter where one of our experts will do their best to respond to all your tweets.

The chat will start at 9am EDT and will focus on a different area of development in 20 minutes slots throughout the morning as follows:

09.00-09.20 - Introduction to the tweetchat by @EFAReport
09.20-09.40 - A World at School will then commence the discussions looking at education and development in general on @aworldatschool
09.40-10.00 - UNICEF Education will lead this 20 minutes on child health and education on @UNICEF_education
10.00-10.20 - The World Food Programme will chair this 20 minutes session looking at education and nutrition on @WFP
10.20-10.40 - The Organisation for Economic Co-operation & Development will lead here on education and employment on @OECD_Edu
10.40-11.00 - UN Women will chair this session looking at how education empowers women on @UN_Women
11.00-11.20 - Amnesty International will chair this session looking at education and tolerance on @AmnestyOnline
11.20-11.40 - The Overseas Development Institute will lead on education and economic growth on @dev_progress
11.40-12.00 - Final wrap-up and comments by @EFAReport
