To celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the UNESCO Associated Schools Project Network (ASPnet), an International Forum is organized in the Republic of Korea. It will assess the ASPnet’s key achievements and its management over the past decade on the school, national, regional and international level as well as the implementation at the country level. It will further discuss emerging challenges and define recommendation for a new Draft Strategy 2014-2021 for the Network.
ASPnet representatives – National Coordinators, teachers and students – from the 180 ASPnet Member States will come together in order to highlight ASPnet’s continued importance in supporting UNESCO priorities and to contribute to the promotion of Global Citizenship.

• To assess the key achievements of the Network at each level: school, national, regional and international
• To discuss new approaches for developing a Strategy and Plan of Action (2014-2021) for promoting global citizenship based on peace and sustainable development.
