As part of the "public youth policies" component of the NET-MED Youth Project, a three-day national reflection forum on youth public policies in Tunisia is organized by UNESCO in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Tunisia. The event is held in a national context characterized by a State commitment to initiate a debate on the adoption of an inclusive and intersectoral youth public policy.

The forum, intended for executives of the Youth and Sports’ Ministry, aims to consolidate their knowledge on youth public policies’ issues and standards, and on the methodology of formulation, implementation, and evaluation of youth public policies in the light of national priorities and international standards and in accordance with aspirations of young people for effective participation in the country's development efforts and its successful democratic transition.
