The Conference "Information and knowledge for all: Towards an inclusive innovation" will take place at UNESCO Headquarters, Paris, France, from 3 to 4 July 2017. The central theme of the conference is on innovation and focused on the critical role the information plays for innovation.
The conference will focus on the role of data & digital resources in developing capacities within communities to innovate. It will discuss on how innovation inclusiveness opens new perspective on the issue: creating new markets, developing new learning and ideas, and bridging local resources with global ones as well as the development of societal innovation approaches and practices. The conference will also highlight the growing role of society as a hub for innovation. The conference hopes to open up new spaces for ideas, information circulation and social links.

This event is organized by the European Chair on Intellectual Capital, the University Paris-Sud in collaboration with the Information for All Programme (IFAP).
