This exhibit tells the untold stories of girls at risk of child marriage who are standing up for their rights, and of the community members and partners advocating for change alongside them. By working together, we can end this harmful practice.

15 million girls are married every year before they reach 18 years of age.
1 in 3 girls in the developing world are married by age 18.
1 in 9 girls in the developing world are married by age 15.
Child marriage deprives girls of education, health and opportunities. This harmful practice robs girls of their childhood and undermines global development efforts.

Girls' Voices is presented by Girls Not Brides, in partnership with the Government of Canada.

The vernissage will take place on the 11 of October at 6.00 pm.
