Event dedicated to the presentation of the results of the first phase of the European Union-funded Networks of Mediterranean Youth (NET-MED Youth) project.

The first objective is to engage EU and UNESCO decision makers in an open dialogue with selected young leaders and emerging youth stakeholders focusing on the NET-MED Youth project. This dialogue will focus on key themes that are relevant to the Mediterranean region, highlighting the experiences and lessons learned from the EU-funded NET-MED Youth Project.

The second objective is to organize a brainstorming and planning session involving partner youth organizations from European and Southern countries. This session will aim to underline pending critical needs and possible modalities of collective youth mobilization around common themes and challenges facing the region such as public participation, violent extremism, sustainable development, cultural heritage, media and information literacy.
