To recognize,mise an valeur and disseminate from a right-based approach a ll the knowledge, practices, products and traditional foods of Argentina,recovering and respecting the identity and cultural diversity in the framework of food safety with sovereignty.This measure was adopted in 2012.
It was implemented through the organization of meetings with producers, researchers,students and professionals from different fields related to traditional foods.
