The National Policy for the promotion of cultural industries in Colombia includes the sectors established by UNESCO and UNCTAD, that is to say, those productive sectors where creation, production and commercialization of goods and services based on intangible contents of a cultural nature come together, generally protected by copyright.
Its main objective is to capitalize on the competitive potential of the cultural industries, increase their participation in the generation of national income and employment, and helped them achieve high levels of productivity.
The policy contains the following strategic axes:

2: Increased access to financing mechanisms
3: Support of local initiatives in cultural industries
4: Expansion of the specialized training offer
5: Promotion of the use of new technologies in the development of business models for the cultural industries
