No other sector has the outreach capacity, or such a diverse range of methods for reaching the general public and decision makers as the media. In order to mobilize public opinion on key issues, UNESCO partners with a range of national and international media outlets including broadcast media (television and radio); print media (newspapers, magazines, news agencies); and multimedia (web and social media networks).
